… a lot of people only seem to comment when they are unhappy. I love this building.
The management is fair and treats tenants with respect. I think maybe some people misinterpret disrespect for (repercussions for) them getting into trouble. I once got a sternly worded letter because I left garbage in a place it shouldn’t be. Was I mad? No, it was my own fault. Everyone wants to blame someone else instead of taking their own actions into account.
… The laundry room has cameras and was recently renovated and looks beautiful….
… They give us great parties twice a year. They’re willing to consider giving you a renovation if you have an older kitchen (my new kitchen is amazing!).
They really are a great company. Thanks, Wedgewood, for so many great years!

I can't say how happy I was when I saw your team have fixed the rubbers under the drain grill in front of the garage door. When the drain grill is loose, it makes a loud noise by passing each car which is really annoying and is loud enough to be heard inside the apartment.

Moreover, the maintenance team did a great job during the past winter. As you know we had a very wet winter. We were seeing how the floor was being cleaned up and mopped frequently and was kept clean.

I just wanted to thank you and your great team for your attention and hard work to keep this building a pleasant place to live. We really appreciate it!

I wanted to pass along a big thank you to Joannah and Robert. I moved out of 10 Hogarth at the end of June, and they made everything so easy and were so helpful when I had to change around the schedule for the movers.



Speaking with my father who also lives in a rental building where there is not a lot of effort to fix things, it makes me realize how lucky the renters are in that building, where the supers make a real effort to keep the building clean and to take care of any issues in the units. Robert and Johannah are always very professional and hardworking in this regard. They are also kind and considerate, and I appreciated even just a quick hello when passing by them in the hall.

My parents recently left the above address after living there for 4.5 years.
The reason for this email is to make you aware of the great team of employees you have working at "The 4000."
Over the years your staff were very helpful to my parents and myself regarding any apartment issues.
The building is very well run. I would not hesitate to recommend living there.
I remember Deborah guiding us through the apartment lease paperwork in April 2016 in a timely and efficient manner.
Just last week, a package was delivered to the old address and Yessika reached out to me via email for an arranged pick up.

I cannot forget the support you gave to me during my temporary lay-off due to COVID in April and May 2020. I have lived in 6 countries in rental apartments, and found that M&R Holdings is the best landlord compared to all of them. I just wanted to tell you that I have lived here 13+ years and I have never seen the property so well tended to as it has been with the new management. The outdoor landscaping is spectacular, I love the seasonally changed floral arrangements at the entrance to the buildings, the constant upgrading of areas that need it...I'm very pleased with all that is done to keep the buildings clean and up to date. The superintendents, especially Mirek who is amazing, always haul away items, large and small, left down by the recycling in a very timely manner so as not to have the area cluttered. And thank you for the new bike racks!

I have been living at 4000 Yonge for a year and a half, and I must say, that besides for the beautiful environment this building is set in, it is the way it is kept and managed by the people in your employ that makes this building a wonderful experience.
Your management staff, are always prompt and courteous as well as helpful whenever I request help or need a repair.
I also appreciate the constant and thorough care your cleaning staff provides in the common areas, as well as the year round beauty provided by the gardening staff.
