I wanted to pass along a big thank you to Joannah and Robert. I moved out of 10 Hogarth at the end of June, and they made everything so easy and were so helpful when I had to change around the schedule for the movers.
Speaking with my father who also lives in a rental building where there is not a lot of effort to fix things, it makes me realize how lucky the renters are in that building, where the supers make a real effort to keep the building clean and to take care of any issues in the units. Robert and Johannah are always very professional and hardworking in this regard. They are also kind and considerate, and I appreciated even just a quick hello when passing by them in the hall.

Over the years your staff were very helpful to my parents and myself regarding any apartment issues.
The building is very well run. I would not hesitate to recommend living there.

I can’t say how happy I was when I saw your team have fixed the rubbers under the drain grill in front of the garage door. When the drain grill is loose, it makes a loud noise by passing each car which is really annoying and is loud enough to be heard inside the apartment.
Moreover, the maintenance team did a great job during the past winter. As you know we had a very wet winter. We were seeing how the floor was being cleaned up and mopped frequently and was kept clean.
I just wanted to thank you and your great team for your attention and hard work to keep this building a pleasant place to live. We really appreciate it!
